Dr. Jay Ferns received his undergraduate and graduate degrees from SanDiego State University and his medical degree from the University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth, Texas. He completed his residency in family practice at the Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton. Dr. Ferns is Board Certified from the American Board of Osteopathic Family Physicians.

Dr. Ferns has been in practice in Temecula since 1992, is a member of the American Osteopathic Association and the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians of California.

Dr. Ferns lives in Temecula with his wife Sherrie, a teacher in the Temecula Valley School District, and enjoys being “empty nesters”.
