Traditional family practices have 2500 – 3000 patients. Concierge doctors, like me, only have 200-300 patients in their practice and provide superior care and access because we only see 4-6 patients per day. With so few patients we have the time to make you an appointment that day or the next and spend time with you at every office visit addressing your medical issues. We also spend time recommending preventive health maintenance. When you have access to your doctor every visit you have continuity of care which simply enhances your well being and helps prevent future disease.

Concierge doctors, like me, charge and annual fee for this service and unlike other concierge doctors I do not charge co-pays or bill your insurance for office visits. The annual fee ranges from $1,200 to $5,000 per person per year while my fee is $1,800 per person per year with discounts per additional family members enrolled. The annual fee is not a substitute for medical insurance and does not cover consultations by other physicians, lab, x-ray, hospitalization or emergency care. I encourage all my patients to have medical insurance for those services.

Enrollment is simple, just call me on my cell phone and make an appointment. Or call/text to ask questions regarding the practice. The fee is due on the first visit and I take Visa/MasterCard or checks. On your first visit we will review all your heath issues and concerns, order labs and procedures if due, (Mammogram colonoscopy specialist referrals, etc.) obtain old records to be reviewed, conduct a physical exam if you agree, and I will make recommendations for health maintenance. I will call and explain every test result. When you need to be seen for other issues or follow up you simply call. Some visits are phone consultations eliminating the frustrations and time constraints of seeing a physician.
